Meal Times
Mealtimes in preschool are sociable and relaxed, giving children the chance to share food, chat with friends, and practise independence. With healthy, freshly prepared meals and the opportunity to serve themselves, children build confidence, good habits, and a positive relationship with food.
Sleep
By preschool age, most children no longer need a nap, but we always provide the option and of course, we still provide calm spaces for rest and quiet time after lunch. This gives children the chance to recharge, relax, or enjoy gentle activities before continuing their busy day.
Health and Wellness
We promote children’s health and wellbeing through active play, outdoor exploration, and healthy daily routines. Preschoolers enjoy balanced meals, plenty of exercise, and calm moments filled with mindfulness, for rest and reflection - helping them to grow strong, resilient and ready for school.

High Ratios
We keep to strict staff to child ratios, ensuring every child gets the close attention and supervision they need
Qualified Team
Our team are trained in paediatric first aid and have specific baby training alongside their child development qualifications, so families can feel confident their children are always in safe hands.
Safe and Respectful Care
Daily routines such as nappy changing and potty or toilet times are carried out with dignity, hygiene, and care, always putting children’s comfort and wellbeing first.
