Our Setting

At Chairbears, children’s safety and wellbeing are always our top priority. We have strict staff-to-child ratios, a fully qualified team training in paediatric first aid, and clear routines such as safe, respectful nappy changing.

All staff are DBS-checked and complete ongoing safeguarding training to ensure they can recognise and respond to any concerns. Our nursery is kept secure with controlled entry and visitor procedures and we carry out daily health and safety checks to maintain a safe environment. 

We also work in close partnership with parents, keeping open communication about children’s wellbeing and development, so families feel reassured and supported at every stage.
